Buildings are raised 1.5× so homes read clearly, and towers above about 9 storeys grow more slowly, so the tallest don't dwarf everything else. A 10 × 10 in covers 1.3 km on each side: the CN Tower, the Rogers Centre and the waterfront in front of them.
